Billy Chapel Baseball League | Taking over where Crash Davis left off.

The Billy Chapel Baseball League is reborn. An upgrade from 6.51a to 9.2.13 has moved the league into a new era, under management from core members that originally founded the CDBL, BCBL, and iMLB. Rule have changed to reflect the enormous improvement to the rule-set in OOTP over the last two years.

We are looking to begin the league in the next two weeks. The website has been overhauled. We will be using Getch's OOTP Online Utilities 3.0.1. I am division rivals with Getch in another league (the OTM) and he does great work.

The rules revamp to move from OOTP 6.51a to 9.2.13 is complete.

We are using a new league file, a customized version of CubbyFan23. All players have been cpu picked in an inaugural draft. Team Markets and Fan Loyalty of each team has been set to average and payrolls are AL under the $100 M salary cap.

Now it's time to fill a bunch of teams. Any former CDBL, BCBL, and iMLB managers who left in good standings are welcome to join the updated BCBL. The founding commissioners in each of those leagues is actively involved in the running of this league.

Two thirds of the 30 teams are available. If you have interest, signup for access to our site at: billychapel.com.

Since we have moved to OOTP 9, and we already have an ongoing thread in the "Online Leagues" section of OOTP 9 stuff... can one of the mods simply delete this thread?

I don't want someone looking for a league using an older version to stumble on us now that we've moved to version 9.
