MCBL: 1950s league with a couple of openings

The MCBL http://www.mcbl.us has just started the 1955 pre-season.

We have a couple of openings in our league.

Stop by and leave your information in the forum if you are interested in joining.

For those wondering, the MCBL is run by the same person who runs the CIBL (a 1990s league also with openings and a thread started by one of the existing owners.

Yeah, I'm in this one too.

I've been the Washington Senators GM since the league was formed.

The league is smoothly and reliably run (we had some site issues for a while in both this league and the CIBL, but they seem to be resolved), and it's got the great players of the '50s.

This is a great draft year; Sandy Koufax just went No. 1; Rocky Colavito, Jim Bunning, Roberto Clemente, Brooks Robinson and other greats are still around -- and Marvelous Marv Throneberry! It's gonna be fun.
