Total Randomness: BBPro League (with my created '07 rosters) Hiring Owners
If you want to move this somewhere else, my feelings won't be hurt. I just have no idea where to list it.
![]() I love OOTP, it's one of my most played games ever, but I've always loved FPS Baseball Pro ('98, wow, 9 years ago?!) for online leagues more than anything. I think it's something about the way that no stats are really "defined," you have to put together a bunch of ratings and figure out in your head what you think a player will do, and how he will react to different variables. Between the ages of 13-17 we literally played this game for hours, and hours, and hours. I still talk to some of my ex-owners online, and this spring we have decided to put a league back together. Right now, we're sitting at 19 owners (I just started hiring three days ago, the game is still somewhat popular surprisingly) and I've put together a 2007 roster set, with some surprisingly realistic stats (which can be seen on the website). http://www.nibabaseball.com/ is our website. I know there are still some big BBPro guys out there who got their intro to OOTP through this game, and for anyone interested in getting in, we would love to have you. You can get a link to apply on the webpage, or email me at commissioner@nibabaseball.com Thanks guys.
