New OOTP 2007 League Forming

I am forming a new OOTP 2007 World and am currently looking for GMs. This world will consist of 16 Fictional Teams, with a Full Minor League System (Triple A, Double A, Single A and Rookie League) as well as a few Feeder Leagues. Also the world will include International and Winter Leagues so that we have a massive ongoing baseball world and plenty of players to scout and choose from.

However, to start only the 16 Major League Teams will have a Human GM, that will also have control over their minor league systems. All other Leagues will be run by computer AI.
