The USBL (United States Baseball League) Currently has the Minnasota Twinkies, and the Florida Fish (Notice the name changes, but not in the league...) currently without a General Manager. Quickie Info... The USBL uses real, MLB players, using real MLB teams. The USBL uses a 75 million dollar salary cap to try to make "competitive balance". Note that the Marlins' and the Twins' Roster is altered, so it's a must that you check out their rosters before considering joining.
