Here's what you do, give the first great Padre, Nate Colbert, ratings at LF and 1b. He played about 60 games in left so that's enough, right? He hit 38 home runs a couple times with the Padres.

I'm all for putting Colbert in there, but that wouldn't really be true to the league. Colbert started in Houston :-(

Hmmm....sounds intriguing. I could load up with my AA Milwaukee Brewer's. Really would want the old Braves though. (Babe Ruth on the mound not a bad start.)

Derek Bell was simply out-right released by the Jays I think because of his towel waving incident after they won the ALCS I believe. I remember being pissed about it because I thought they should have tried to get at least something for him.
Maybe I am wrong but the McGriff/Carter deal was simply Alomar & Carter for Fernandez & McGriff I think. This is all going by memory though so it is possible I am off. |

The Expos, no talent?
Larry Walker, Andre Dawson, Marquis Grissom, Gary Carter, Randy Johnson, Vladimir Guerrero, Andres Galarraga, Moises Alou, Tim Raines, Jose Vidro, Javier Vazquez... is it really THAT awful?
