The IFB is a fictional league that's doing well at the moment.

Not at all: I know you weren't implying that people should only join established leagues. I just wanted to make sure owners reading this forum give a thought to the promising newcomers as well. It's only natural that people want to "start at the top", but being a part of building something from the ground up is great fun too.

That being said, I'm a big fan of Dog Days and readily admit to borrowing from your rules when creating PEBA's Constitution.

Well since we are giving shout outs to fictional leagues... I'll throw NOBL out there. I know this isn't a recruiting post but hey we've been around since 1996 on FPS and 2001 on OOTP.

That said recruiting can be more difficult IMO since players who play fictional tend to also play real players but the reverse cannot be said of all 'real' leagues. Just my 2 cents

Well, I'll throw out the WBH. It is a fictional promotion/relegation league with 4 levels of leagues. We are in our 6th season and we have 9 leagues and 72 total teams. We generally expand every 2 seasons, so there will probably be 2 more leagues opening up after next season (Puerto Rico and Panama started play this current season).

Great league, great group of owners, and an amazing commissioner.

I have to agree here big time. The WBH is an amazing fictional league. 72 teams strong, with excellent leadership. I'd encourage getting on the waiting list there.
