FOOL - An Off-season experience

FOOL is an new off-season league.

Here are the highlights:

Quote:

- No injuries
- No coaches and scouts
- Top two teams in each league make the LCS
- 154-game season, with no interleague play
- Fictional league

Two leagues of eight teams each, wild card advances to play regular season champ in a best-of-seven game playoff for LCS title. Winners advance to The FOOL Classic, a best-of-seven title game.

We do all of the off-season tasks over four days, generally during the week and sim the season (regular season/playoffs) over four days. (Friday-Monday)

The league is starting with 16 teams (8 leagues, no divisions) and we're looking for a few good owners to pitch in.

FOOL has just completed its first season.

If you're looking for a league where a new season starts every four days and where you don't have to spend a whole lot of time managing your team, simply playing out years and keeping pace with your ballclub, this is your chance.

We don't do any drafting, all signings and such are done in-game and you can move your team wherever you want. We're a splinter of the FOBL, one of the most successful leagues in OOTP and joining FOOL is a good way to get initiated with the group since most of the owners in FOOL play in FOBL or FOFL.

FOOL is almost full!

We've moved to the new forums and the league will restart on June 23rd, the Wednesday after OOTP9 is released and we'll start playing with OOTP9, so if you're looking to get in on a quick-sim league will let you dive right into OOTP9, check us out!
