OOTP 6.5 Intangibles, Clutch, Leader, Consistency....

Does anyone know where i could find info about how the intangible ootp ratings (consistency, clutch, leader) affect players and the game?

The reason I ask is that, when considering trades, I have no idea how to value a player appropriately who has positive or negative intangibles. Is a prospects development affected by them?

Loyalty will re-sign for less than market value/arbitration - more likely to accept demotion, happy to be depth player rather than starter.
Consistency will spend less time 'hot' or 'cold' - perform closer to ratings in the short term.
Clutch apparently helps in 1-run games, or late innings.

I don't really think you'll find this info stated for sure anywhere, but here's my opinion:

-consistency, IMO, is huge for development, just compare the % of superstars who have good consistency with the % of prospects who have good consistency... I don't think this was the intention, though, I just think it was to be more of a is this guy streaky or not? why it would have this side-effect I'm not sure, but I am pretty sure it does exist... either way, you just might want to think of it as interviewing the kid and thinking he has a good level-headed psyche and therefore more likely to make it

-clutch, if it does have any effect at all, has very little IMO, so if a player has clutch ability, great, if not, I wouldn't downgrade him any

-leadership is supposedly to raise the ability of those around them, but like clutch, I wouldn't really be too concerned with it, I think it's more to just add flavour

If you want the OOTP6 manual (or any manual for OOTP3 and above), give me your email address and I'll email it to you. They don't really say anything about intangibles more than define them, but you might want them anyway.

I'm tempted to move this thread to general discussions, but I think the question is maybe more important to online leaguers (many of them take advantage of this knowledge whereas the AI doesn't), so I'll leave it here for now.
