Looking to get back into OOTP, been out since OOTP6

Don't remember if I was around when 6.5 came out but I was around during the OOTP5/OOTP6 days. Had both versions, but no idea what I did with the license etc. I do not have OOTP 8 and have not preordered OOTP 9, but will have 9 once I can spare the money.

As it stands I'm looking for a league that will take me in without having the game at this point. I'm mainly looking for real leagues that are pretty active on the forums or through messenger. Preferably not too far along but I can manage with that if it's a good league.
