Multi-Sport Online Universe?
Does anything exist online that incorporates the multi sport games available into one league with multi-team ownership?
Out of the Park Baseball Football Manager Front Office Football Draft Day Sports: College Basketball/Pro Basketball Eastside Hockey Manager to name a few...

You can't incorporate all those titles into one 'league', BUT...............
check out Total Sports World We have leagues from all sports, including soccer.

What I was thinking wasn't so much 'one league', but rather one 'universe' where the different games are run concurrently under one larger umbrella commish/committee in semi-real time, ie during the baseball offseason, basketball and football run.
Owners who control multiply teams across the major sports depending upon their interest and access to the multiple titles
