EFBL - a new OOTP9 semi-historical league

The En Fuego Baseball League (EFBL) is a new OOTP9 league set in 1962 that will be starting within the next week or two. We currently have 10 of the 20 initial teams filled. This league will feature what I like to call "historically plausible outcomes" meaning it will follow history somewhat, but not exactly. League expansion, DH, amateur draft, among other things, will all be voted in based on the owner votes.

I know all of the currently signed up owners personally, and they are a great group of guys, but I will be honest in saying we do not have a lot of current OOTP experience. Most of my playing time came in the 6.5 and earlier days.

Many of the starting settings/rules are open to debate to the initial owners. Work on the website is progressing, so if you would like to get in on the ground level of a new league and contribute to its formation, please PM me or reply here. Thanks!

Edit: Teams available, I have 1-2 owners signed up who I have to confirm and haven't picked teams yet.

National League
Houston Colt .45s
Milwaukee Braves
Philadelphia Phillies
San Francisco Giants

American League
Baltimore Orioles
Chicago White Sox
Cleveland Indians
Kansas City Athletics
Los Angeles Angels
Minnesota Twins
New York Yankees
Washington Senators

I saw Andre Dawson. And let me tell you something. There were only two players in my lifetime whose teammates held them in awe. One was Mickey Mantle. The other was Andre Dawson. If you were around, if you saw them play, you know that. But the numbers don't tell you that.
