If I have to go on a waiting list, that is fine. I will join one league and one league only, because that is how I play. I devote my time and energy to one league and that's it.

more than 1/2 a year has gone by, and I'm still looking. The recent MLB trade deadline got the juices flowing. Email me (find the address above) if you have an opening or a waiting list.

I am looking to join a league that is just starting, in the current year, and with accurate ratings. I would love to be in a league with a fantasy draft, and I know that is nearly impossible to get, but that is much preferred. I have been playing OOTP for a few years now, and I really enjoy it. I do not offer ridiculous trades either, as I have seen many GMs do before and it is very annoying. I am a very fair and honest GM and will do my best to make my team succeed.

Doesn't matter which team really but if the rangers are open that'd be icing on the cake. I've been out of OOTP for about a year but was very active prior to that. I'm interested in joining an OOTP8 league. I've been playing 6.5 for some time now and i'm ready to go ahead and move up to one of the newer games. I'd prefer a league with real teams/players that isn't too far along into the future. I'm open to any team no matter how difficult the challenge. Thanks.

Hi!

I am a historical junkie GM looking for a REALISTIC league, rather not have Gms that trade 80% of their rosters every year, that becomes eyeroll material.

I'd like a league that is fictional in the early years of baseball so I can be a part of a long history. I'd like a league that is active from a storyline standpoint, news clips about players and accomplishments would be fantastic!

I'd also wouldn't mind a historic league with real players, but my #1 priority would be above....not looking for current fictional or real leagues, as I feel baseball has lost its way since the 90's, even with the '2010 return of the pitcher'

OOTP 11 looks pretty, but the simulation aspect of the game has not been the same since version 6. I've tried the most recent versions, and while I love some aspects of the game, I always find myself going back to simpler times.

Baseball Retro (AKA LOHO short for League of His Own) is looking for a few good owners to take over some unmanned teams.

Rob Savard is the commissioner of the league and has been running OOTP leagues since its inception. I've been playing in his leagues for nearly 10 years. If your looking for a league that runs like clockwork, then this is the league for you. For the last 10 years Bob has been very consistent with running sims every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. There is usually never a delay, and if their is an unforseen circumstance, Bob makes you aware of it ahead of time. I've been in other leagues, but I grow tired of them because the sim schedule was never consistent.

If you want consistency in your sim schedule, then join us:
