Phillies open in UKBL

The UKBL currently has a vacancy with the Philadelphia Phillies

I am not going to lie to you - the Phillies are not in a good state at the moment with little in the way of good major league players or minor league prospects and will need a dedicated and patient owner. The good news is that they are guaranteed a top 10 draft choice this year and will provide a real challenge to those of you who think they have mastered this game - if you are looking to prove yourself as a top GM then turning around the Phillies will certainly do that!

The UKBL is currently running in it's 28th season, and 8th real year and is an established league.

Currently we are very close to the 2027 trade deadline so it will provide a good time to join and assess the team before the off season.

Currently the league is simmed with OOTP6.51a.

We are looking an active, committed person who is looking for a challenge and a lot of fun. Anyone interested please visit us here and fill out the application form or post your interest below.

I submitted an application, but after reading through the league forums it looks like you guys may make the jump to 9, and considering I just got 6.5, I'm not sure that's something I'd do. If you want a caretaker owner until you guys do make the jump, I'd be all for that, though.
