Out Of The Park Baseball 9: Hardball League

My first attempt at being a commish, Hardball League is a 38-team, 5-5-5-5/5-5-4-4 league with the 20-team AL using a DH. The schedule runs 178 games.

May I ask what a 5-5-5-5/5-5-44 league is?

Also, how many times a week do you sim? Is AIM required?
