ABL-Commishes please read!!!

I have a league with 16 teams called the Australian Baseball League. I have done research to build the teams and locations in each division. I have simulated a little over 30 years. I was wondering if anyone wanted to use this format? I have never played online before so I don't want to commish yet. I would love for someone to take over so I could control a team.
