The Milwaukee Blue Ribbons just came open as the previous owner realized he didn't have time for OOTP. This is a solid young club in a tough division, but with an active owner has the potential to be in the play-off hunt for seasons to come.

Can't say enough good things about this league and Commish. Very easy to become immersed in, and a Commish who is very attentative to the league and owners. We have some good writers too, although that's not a requirement, but it adds to the enjoyment.

The Santa Monica Waves just came open. The previous owner stepped down citing time constraints. This is an average club in a competitive division with a good farm system (13th ranked overall). The right owner could be competing for division titles in a season or two.
