Warning about a bad apple GM

One of my leagues commissioners posted this in the OOTP 8 boards but in case this guy uses OOTP 9 as well, I feel you guys should get the warning note about him too.

Definitely a bad GM, IMO.

Here's the GM in question. The admins edited out his info since we didn't have "consent" to post his name, e-mail etc...
