NEW 6.5 League forming with end of 2008 roster

I recently completed a new roster set for OOTP 6.5. All players are on their respective teams up-to-date as of the end of the 2008 season. The season will begin IN 2008. I've fixed the ratings, ran a few test sims, and this is honestly going to be a state-of-the-art sim league.

This league will NOT be based around some fancy website or message board. Most of the trade talk will take place on the message board, e-mails, AIM, and that's where the league will gain its strength. Lots of details are still up in the air, but just get at me.
