CJBL Looking for a few good owners!!
The CJBL is entering its 2nd season (2001 Historical) using ootp9. We have been on the net for the past 7 years (actual). This historical league started at the 1970 season and over the seasons has become a staple in the OOTP community. We are currently entering the off-season as we get ready for the 2001 season. The learning curve for some owners has been rough using ootp9, because of this we will have some openings for the 2001 season. We are just starting our 2001 season roll-call and should know what teams are opening up for 2001. I am currently taking applications, see below. Those that apply first will get choice of open teams.
If you are interested you can e-mail me (cjbl@centurytel.net). Please include in e-mail, aim or yahoo and some background on your ootp exp. Please read our rules before commiting to our league!! What we offer!! (Crackerjack*********** Baseball) -Longest running OOTP on the net (7 real years) -Started 1970 season, current season is 2000. -Edited rookie class each season -Trading of draft picks (2 seasons ahead) -Earn player improvments with news articles -Each team has it's own historical page, be part of the CJBL history!! -Realistic stats -Award voting by owners -Active Message Board -Reliability (3 sims a week for 7 years) -Stability, we are one of the last original leagues -Use ootp6.5 with latest update and going to OOTP9 for 2000 season!!!!!! -Large website, team histories, tradition, team pennants -A solid core of veteran owners -Want a challenge? The CJBL is for you!! |
