New league with 15 GM'S. Each will have a AL and NL team. I need a Website person also.

Hey everyone I am starting a 2009 league with a twist.

We will have 15 GM'S. Each GM will have 2 teams they contro, a AL & NL team. The way we will pick them is everyone will submit a list of the top 5 teams they would like. I will assign them out. Then we will have a draft for whatever teams are left.
-We will sim 3 times per week
-We will use Cubbyfan's new roster set
-We will have a 2 commish team (Already Set Up)
-We will have a voting system in place for trades that are bewtween teams that have the same GM.
-We will have some sort of Incentive program set up. This will not have anything to do with articles but with things you acheive in the game along with how active you are.
-We will have live Playoff Sims.

These are a few things that will be in the league.

Now here is what I need.

1) Someone who is good with webpage stuff. I am planning on using Fidel's Service but if the person who wants to do the website stuff wants to use something else that is fine with me. That person will be responsible for setting it up and keeping it updated.

2) I need another 6-8 GM'S. I already have Some spots filled from the other 2008 league I commish. No teams have been filled yet and I don't have a site yet.
