The ASBL is looking for solid, committed GM's, who love playing baseball simulations. We plan on being around for a long while. With the help of Fidel's allsimbaseball.com and many contributors such as Getch, (Thanks for providing the Utilities), the ASBL will be one of the best OOTP simulation leagues around.

So please, feel free to look around the site, but be sure to take a look at the rules before making a decision whether to join. If you have any questions, email me at the address provided above. I look forward to getting to know all of our GM's here in the All Star Baseball League.

Was wondering what your reasoning is for using these modifier settings. And what are the consequences for player development?

Player Development and Evaluation

a)League aging setting for pitchers and batters is: .800

b)League development setting for pitchers and batters is: .880

c)Talent Change Randomness is set to 1."
