We are making the transition from OOTP2007 to OOTP9 due to difficulty finding owners still willing to play 2007. With expansion on the horizon, we felt it best to make the move now.

We are currently in the off-season between the 1957 and 1958 seasons. We will make the conversion to OOTP9 when we reach the 1958 preseason.

With the 1958 season complete, the Yankees are once again available. The Yankees' owner departed to take over the Pirates, whose owner left after more than 25 seasons in the league.

If you are interested in taking over the Yankees, who finished just out of the postseason this year, please contact me.

CCBL has two teams open -- the Senators and the Cubs.

The league has had a few delays recently, due to a hard drive crash on the Commissioner's computer and a switch of web hosts, but we are back up and running to our full potential. We are in our 30th (!) season of play, and we do not intend to stop any time soon.

We are just past the 1959 All-Star break and look forward to having a full league once again.
