Fictional League Starting Up

Here's the deal. I'm looking to start up a fictional online league. For a "twist" I suppose you can call it is that the league is called the Premier Baseball League. In other words it's the same 20 English football clubs that have joined the ranks of baseball.

I started the league in 1909 and am in the process of simming up to 2009 to get 100 years of league history to work off. There's no divisions, just one table. Top 4 teams make the playoffs. The league length is still 162 games.

What I need is a co-commish that can provide a site and message board to host the league for me. I can take care of all the leg work of uploading and simming and all that, but I can't afford to pay for a site as I'm currently laid off.

Other than a co-commish, obviously I need 18 GMs.
