I'd think we would do "real life" classes up until it was no longer possible to do so. I know Baseball America does pretty advanced scouting of future classes, so I would think it would be possible through at least 2011-2012. Obviously that entire draft pool isn't going to be real, but I like to get as many real life draftees as possible.
Not sure how long the move to OOTP10 would take... it'd be more on the basis of when everyone in the league was ready. I'm sure there's going to be an adjustment period when it releases, and so sometime after that it would be appropriate I suppose. |

Whew -- big update! Two people e-mailed me asking about the Sox, and one was a bit quicker on the gun, so whomever e-mailed me asking about the Brewers as the second choice, that's who I gave you -- everyone else got whichever team they either e-mailed me about or posted in here.
MB.Pelicans -- could you e-mail me at commissioner@nibabaseball.com with your contact info (reminding me that you got the Rays)? Thanks guys! Still some great teams available! |

Whos gonna step up and try and break the 101 year curse?
![]() Surprised no one has picked the Rangers yet. Only needs some decent pitching, and they've got a heck of a farm system... |

Indeed. Keep in mind I'm adding in a more accurate top 30 prospect list, so Texas should be pretty stacked.
The plan is to finalize rosters on Sunday so that we can get started with league activities. |

Can you re-try it? commissioner@nibabaseball.com
What team did you ask for? I think it might not have gone through. Last edited by CubbyFan23; 02-27-2009 at 10:01 PM. |
