Looking for a fictional league (promotion/regletion)

Most is obvious from the title of the thread. Also I just want a fictional promotion/regletion league that has a decent set up. Meaning the regular season has a meaning torwards a playoff system. Id would start one myself however I might be going into the Air Force and will be going through BMT. Once I get out of BMT, i would be able to particapate on a regular basis even being on active duty. So if you got any with team openings or if someone is gonna start one...drop me line here or pm or my contact info.

I was originally in that league for the inaugural of the Venezuelan League. won it with Barquisimeto, got promoted to Japan, promptly got relegated back to Venezuela the next year. At that time I was cutting back on OOTP and resigned from the league. But it's a very good one. Give it a shot.

I'm an outsider, but everything I've seen has led me to believe it's a great league, and I've looked at it closely.

I dont like how small the leagues are in that one. I want one big league and have promotion from division not from leagues.
