Long timer league needs 3 solid owners!
The North American Retro Baseball League has been around since 2002 real life, simmed well over 30 seasons and lots of history exists. It is a very active trading league and I like to think is a whole lotta fun.
We are using version 6.5 and have a good group of mature owners. The Pirates: Boast one of the best players in the league in Albert Pujols, needs a GM to turn the team around after the old owner wrecked the core of the team for the sake of adding prospects. Available teams: The Cubs: Currently lead the NL Central with a 15-9 record, has a 28 year old stud in Hanley Ramirez and has a pitching staff which includes Dice-K and a solid closer in Pat Neshek. Waiting in the wings is a young 22 year old prospect that will hit for average and should add 20 HRs a season in Danny Murphy. The Giants: They are also leading their division with a 15-9 record, Mark Teixeira and Chien-Ming Wang are among the stars leading the way in San Fran. They are hoping thier young 22 year old prospect Tyler Robinson can eventually anchor the rotation long after Wang retires. The league site is The Official Site Of The North American Retro Baseball League Email me (gbwebs2004@yahoo.ca) or PM if you are interested

Great league, top notch commish bot with alot of fair and talented GMs. The file isn't all 10/8/10 SP's pitching against 8/8/8/8/8 position players either, it's a very true to ootp file edited by a top notch draft guy. This has been my favorite league since I think before OOTP had a number and I'm sure you will enjoy it as well. Giants and Cubs are both pretty solid with some decent pieces left on the Pirates.

This league is one of the best I've been involved with, great set of GM"s plus a dedicated Commish who runs timely sims and keeps everything running smoothly. If your in a league already or looking to join another league I don't think you will be dissapointed with this one.

Calling all 6.5 players, we still have two openings in one of the best and longest running leagues!

Bump, still the same 2 openings - Cubs and Giants
The Giants are a team that have decent players but the stars on the team range from 29-32 so they will have to be managed and re-tooled before they all just get old. Players such as Teixeira, Wang, Fields and Ethier. The Cubs are led by Hanley Ramirez and Dice-K and again another team that requires some TLC before it just ages away. Prospect Danny Murphy should make that adjustment a whole lot easier.

Giants filled! Cubs filled by WhiteSox owner (Cubs his favorite team), so ChiSox is last vacancy! Anyone love the Southsiders?
