So, join us!

Beta Baseball is looking for 4 owners. We've been around for quite a long time, and we don't plan to fold any time soon! We're a 12-team, fictional, talent only league, and we're looking for a few good men (or women!) to join us as we have fun. We're starting free agency tomorrow, so it's a grea ttime to join! Here is a brief description of available franchises:

George Falls Barons

A once glorious franchise that needs some direction. It has a very solid core (their ace starter, Dutch Kuntz, won the Pitcher of the Year award last year, and the MVP went to their 1B Bertram Teichmann, despite him missing a huge chunk of the season), and tons of money in their pockets. With a strong catcher and a young infield, this team could go back to glory really fast.

***TAKEN*** Lennongrad Coléopteres ***TAKEN***
A long time owner left us this season, much to our chagrin. We are looking for someone to fill his very big shoes, and I'm hoping you can do it! The Coléopteres have tons of potential, but they always seem to disappoint, and even if they eek out a winning record, it's not good enough. There's talent here, but there's something missing... if you can find it, great!

***TAKEN*** Skojpp Bombers ***TAKEN***
They had a dynasty going on in the early 2020's, but it's gone downhill ever since. They finished in 3rd place (out of 6) last season, and despite a young core, they lack any kind of depth. This is an interesting challenge, one that I'd love to get my hands on if I didn't already have a team in this league. They play in our equivalent to Coors Field, so power hitters are more than happy to join this team!

***TAKEN*** The Pines Verts ***TAKEN***
Oh boy, the Verts. They just plain suck. They've finished in last place the past 4 years, and they won a pathetic 36 games last season, from memory the worst season in their league's history. If you're the type of person who likes to build from the ground up, well, here's your chance! They're awful all around, have 2 or 3 decent starting players, but that's it. Even their minor league system isn't that deep. If you're up for it, the Verts need some help.
