Billy Chapel Baseball League | Taking over where Crash Davis left off.

We are 1 sim into the current season, the Cincinnati Reds are available. Real MLB roster set that was completely redraft via Inaugural Draft. Visit the website to view HTML report and complete Rules set (links along top of page).

We use OOTP: Online Utilities. We use OOTP 9.2.13 now and will eventually move to OOTP X.

This league regularly has 80% of it's GMs logging in every 24-48 hours. If you are looking for a league to check in on once a week, we are not your league. Sims ran 3 or 4 times a week (sim schedule is posted for complete season). Takes about 3 months for us to sim 1 full year.

To apply for a current open team OR get on the waiting list, register on the website AND PM me here. I always respond within 24 hours unless I am on vacation. I keep an I-Phone on me to handle league matters, but don't always have reception when on vacation. This weekend I am camping so responses could be as late as Monday, May 11th for any response to this thread today or Saturday.

Guys....

I started the Crash Davis Baseball league back in 2000 when I think we were using OOTP2. I have know the commish of this league for many many years. CDBL was top notch in it's day and I'm really looking forward to getting the BCBL up to speed with these guys again.

Guys, I'm unfortunately going to need to step down from running [my team]. It bums me out, but I just can't devote the proper time to getting these guys off the ground. I haven't been able to upload a file yet, and I know I'm not going to make the sim schedule reliably. I don't want to convince myself I'll take care of the team and then drop them after a few months. I'd rather an owner get a shot from Day 1. Many apologies and good luck, guys. I'm more impressed each day with all the utilities, add-ons and front page articles. This league is first-class and I hope to give it a go again in the future. That is if there are ever any openings!

We filled this spot up over the weekend. Our current waiting list is VERY short if you want in a well run league whenever a team or two opens up.
