1961 Expansion?
The CCBL is currently in the 1960 (31st!) season and debating whether or not to expand to Los Angeles and Washington (after the Senators move to Minnesota) next season. The determining factor may be whether or not there are interested owners still playing OOTP9.

If you are still playing OOTP9 online leagues, and would like to take over an expansion team in a long-running historical league, please let me know (michael@ccblsim.com).
