We are in the 1983 season, and

Miami a team in rebuild mode has made a young 22 year old Frank Viola and 21 year old Darren Daulton their last two season first round picks.

The Braves have a pretty good prospect base in Wade Boggs, Kent Hrbek, Dion James and Dave Righetti.
