S3SL (OOTP 6.5): Simming since 2004

Hi guys,

My league does have a few openings. Many of the GM's have been playing together for six years, so we get pretty competitive. We're in the offseason, 2033, and once we get a few more active GM's we will begin FA. The league itself recently went into a pre-Modern era, sort of. The DH is dead, pitchers go deep and often (some reaching 350 IP) and fielding/speed have become more important again. We try to have fun, whether it's created players or adding in two super young, nearly developed, international talents to FA.

Plus, if you don't have the game installed, no problem. We send in changes via PM.

If you're interested, check out the league site below and a thread on the league's forum, Baseball Slant, where you can state your interest:
Strike 3 Sim League: Pirate Hookers for All!
Looking for an A's and a Rangers GM

Open Teams:
A's
Mets
Brewers
Indians

Thanks for reading! We would love to add some great new GM's!

Just a bit more info on the teams open.

A's- The A's are an older team, full of high contact hitters, coming off of winning the AL West in the previous year. The pitching could use some added depth, but this team could easily compete with it's substantial FA cash and 2nd highest fan interest.

Mets- Looking for a rebuild with hope? The Mets are it. With two super talented players at 3B and SS, both under 30, this team will have a left side of the infield that will be the envy of the other 29 teams.

Brewers- Milwaukee needs to be rebuilt but like the A's, they have FA cash to play with and the 27th lowest payroll, so a savvy GM could turn this ship around soon.

Indians- This team needs a TOR starter, that's it. The lineup has the bats, the bullpen is solid enough, and the rest of the rotation can hold their own. This team could be a winner, and quick.
