A Word of Advice on Converting Online Leagues

If you choose to convert prior to hitting the "Proceed to Next Season" button, be aware that arbitration eligible players who were previously on automatic contract renewal will be assigned contracts by the game. Some of these will be significantly larger than the league minimum.

My suggestion would be to give your owners another chance to either sign contract extensions for these players or cut them after conversion but before proceeding to the next season.
