Creating an online league

If I were to create an online league, what would this require me to do? I'm interested in What kind of time should I expect to be putting in the league? How hard is it to upload the results onto a league webpage? and other things of this nature. Any help would be appriciated so I know what to expect should I decide to go through. Thanks.

Whats your definition of lots? Hour per week? Hour per sim?

Also as far as league startup, what is needed besides finding owners, and setting rules? Thanks.

Uploading with take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and a half depending on your connection and what kind of league your running.

Time to put into it.... eh depends on how often you sim, and how many teams are in your league.
