The JOBL, an 18-team fictional league, is heading into its 7th season (2008) and looking for a new Cleveland Bombers owner.

By taking over the Bombers, you'll be an instant contender for the division pennant. Cleveland has won its division three out of the last four years.

We're currently in the middle of free agency and the amateur draft, so it's a good time to jump in and make a few tweaks before the season begins.

Atlanta is now available. The Devil Bats owner just resigned due to work obligations.

You owe it to yourself to check out the JOBL, it's a very well-run, stable league that has lots of nice little perks like BOSI, well-done player pics, owner awards voting, Cato History pages, the works.

The Atlanta franchise is looking for stable ownership after short terms by the last two GMs.

We just started the 2008 season (our 7th), with the 2nd sim coming tomorrow.

If interested, fill out our application by Thursday at 6pm PST and I will award the Atlanta franchise after our sim is complete.

Come check out the league – you won’t be disappointed!

Bumping this because of all the reasons I mentioned in the post above. Tired of joining leagues that fold, or are inconsistently run? Then look no farther than the JOBL.

I am a brand new owner of OOTP5, after playing the demo I got hooked and now I would like to get involved with a league. I like the look of this one and if you all don't mind a Newbie owner and will give me a little slack, i think you will find me an energetic and long term owner.
