NGBL needs two owners.

The league is in the all-star break in the year 2015 and we have had two teams open up at the moment.

The first team available is the Philadelphia Phillies , this owner was recently fired for inactivity. This team has been mediocre for the last 3 1/2 years, apparently not knowing if they are coming or going. The team does have some pieces in place and features one of the most promising young starting pitchers in the league, Eeichi Kinzo . The team's minor league system is also strong with multiple top prospects and all their draft picks for next years draft in place.

Same story different bird. The other team that is "once again" available is the St. Louis Cardinals . This team has been plagued with bad ownership from the day the league started one real time year ago. The last owner last only 2 weeks before other commitments forced him to evacuate his post. This team is a rebuild dream and features two of the top hitting prospects in the league in Edward Foess and Nick Smith. This team also has all their draft picks in place and does feature a limited number of quality players on the active roster as well.

This is a very stable, very active league. Brandon (Clarnzz) runs the sims like clock work, the message boards get a ton of traffic.

Don't miss out on joining one of the funnest leagues out there..

I concur, Clarnzzy is a great commish, and alot of time and effort gets put into this league.... I strongly suggest that all OOTP fanatics, give this league a look see

Thanks for the kind words guys, but its not me that makes the league great, it's the owners. Good owners want a fair commish they know they can count on, and that's what I try to provide.

As a testiment to the great ownership in the league the league all star ballots were posted on Sunday afternoon and of 29 possible owners, 25 have filled out a ballot before Tuesday morning. If your looking for a league where the other owners are active and really care about their teams and the league, you will definatly have a blast.

League started on a cool premise as well. Current day rosters were simmed for 10 years and then the league started. So, it's rapidly hitting fictional status, but there are still some old MLB holdouts in there:
3B Hank Blalock

Very good, very active league and lots of emoticons!

The Washington Senators have also become availiable. This would be another very fun team to take control of. Lots of goodies to work with. This is most openings in the league in quite some time so is a good chance to get a solid team in a league with a great owner base. Some of the fringe owners havn't been able to keep up with the new MWF sim schedule of 7 games a sim. Great for people who get a little bored at work with a live sim at 12:30 PM EST 3 days a week.

The Cardinals have been taken, but the Phillies and Senators are both availiable to the right owner. Experience is not a must as there are many owners along with myself willing to help you get your bearings and on your feet.
