Looking for a league

Is their any fairly new leagues with teams open that have big robust payrolls? (mets, yankees, dodgers??) I have ootp5, and I would like a league with up to date rosters.

I have a short resume, I won the IABL but didn't stay on because I didn't have ootp. I was in the obpbsl, but left for the same reasons.

also, if there was a leauge only with fairly young commish/participants, that would be better, becaus I am young. I can stay in an older based league, but my best choice wound't to be...
