DEDUCATED owner lookin for a league

I am a VERY deducated owner who is lookin to add a league.
I am currently in two great leagues, the TSTBL http://www.brentkick.com/tstbl/main.htm in which i have taken an expansion Long Island team to a 100 win team in 4 years. In the NPBL http://www.npbl.org/ I won the championship last season. So while I give alot i also ask alot from a league...

DO YOU HAVE AN OPENING and meet the following

- A Salary Cap (of any size)

- Active owners on AOL IM (i love to trade)

- Ability to send in lineups via FTP

- Some Live SIMS preferable

- COBI or CATO preferable

- A deducated commish and owners (just as i am)

Both the league's Im in have spoiled me in expecting the best. The rest of the usual rules (scouts, real or fictional players, arbitration, etc) i am flexable on. If so i would love to hear about them.

If you’re looking for a good owner, you need Allstar in your league. He’s an expert GM.

check out www.nwbl.homeip.net/baseball.htm one of the best group of owners (well if ya don't count Chuck, David, Matt or Steve) , great commish, and one of the best fictional leagues out there
