MLBC OOTP has 2 openings!!!

The MLBC OOTP has 2 openings in MIL and NYM.

and before anyone says anything, we had trouble with php-nuke, and are waiting for BOSI v2 to be released so that our site doesnt look so plain

we are currently finishing up 1902, with the WS tomorrow, so we need two GMs to setup fast so that the teams dont get screwed in FA and the ammy draft.
