Fargo-Moorhead claims Heartland Trophy
For the third season in a row the NML has had a first time champ as Fargo-Moorhead defeated Escanaba in the 1931 Heartland Series. It was a hard fought series with five of the six games being decided by a total of 6 runs. The Frost Giant are also the second expansion team to claim the Heartland Title, and the first Western team to win since the 1926 season.
Congratulations to the Fargo-Mountain Frost Giants.
