Looking for league about to have draft

I am looking to get into a league from the ground up. I would like a league that does all the following if possible.:

1. uses real players
2. willl have a live or partial live draft at the start.
3. will use coaches and scouts.

anyone out there have a league that fits this?

We meet 2 out of 3 of your requirements. The coaches/scouts aspect of ootp5 and ootp6 I just do not like as most owners would agree. It also makes offseason a little bit easier on our simming commish.
