Post APLB - 19th Century League in our 10th season needs one...

Alternate Professional League Baseball is currently a twelve team league that uses real players with fictional teams and started with the 1871 season. We are quickly approaching the end of the 1880 season, our first using OOTP6.

The following two teams are available:

All Teams Taken

If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please send an email to pmpiro@yahoo.com. We will be expanding to sixteen teams in 1884.

Please visit the Website. The link in in my sig below.

Pete's a great guy and a solid commish. If I weren't running 3 leagues (and thinking about a 4th) and participating in 3 others, I'd be jumping on this myself.

Good to see that my old St. Louis Bombers team is still alive and somewhat kicking.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Groover, I will keep you in mind. 1884 is still 4 seasons away so it will be a while, (Anywhere from 6 months to a year) before we get there.

Young Giants are still available.

Mark you're still alive down there in the south? I figured you'd be dead from drinking too much by now.

Another edit and bump as the Young Giants are still available along with the Phildelphia Athletics.

If you take over one of these teams you will be able to move them to a different market before the 1881 season begins. Keep that in mind if location is a factor for you.

Thanks,
Pete
