1920s Historical League : St. Louis Browns Available
The Ball ALIVE!!! is looking for a new St. Louis Browns owner. The Ball ALIVE!!! is a historical league that is just about to begin 1926, the league's eight season. The league features financials and divisions, in order to keep up the parity in the league, while at the same time featuring the legendary players of the 1920s -- including a dramatic reunion of Babe Ruth and Lou Gherig on the newly crowned world champion Detroit Tigers!
The Browns are in the middle of rebuilding, having been a long time league doormat. There is a good young talent base including Pie Traynor and Glenn Wright, and the new owner will have the chance to add to that base with the thrid pick in the draft -- which looks like a shootout between Paul "Big Poison" Waner, Babe Herman and Tony Lazzeri. Last season saw the TBA Pittsburgh Pirates go from last place to NL Champs, so with a few smart moves, the Browns could become the Bucs AL counterpart. So, if you are looking for a quality, established historical league, check out The Ball ALIVE!!! and fill out an application
