ORB has two openings
Other Reality Baseball currently has two openings in this long running historical league. We're currently at the half point of the 1990 season. We have been running since 1982, simming three times per week in one week sim intervals.
The first team open is the Cleveland Indians . The Indians (at this posting) are 34-46, 13 back of first place Baltimore in the AL East. They need a lot of help offensively, with Billy Ripken leading the way (.295), but they do have some promising pitching, led by 25 year old Bill Wilkinson . David Justice is their top prospect and is currently tearing up Class AA. The second team open is the struggling Los Angeles Dodgers . The Dodgers are 25-55, 16 games back of first place San Diego in the NL West. They just finished an amazing 21 game losing streak. What's wrong? The major league suck. What's right? There are specs here, led by recently recalled 3B Gary Sheffield , 1B Larry Walker , SP John Smoltz , etc. To apply for either of these teams, visit the ORB site, click on Forums, register, and visit the New Applicants section. Give us the information requested. We hope to see some new faces soon.

Guys, this is a great opportunity to join a league with a solid owner base, most of whom pitch in and contribute to the running of the league in various ways, which makes the ORB a true community.
