League starting in 1946 has one opening

At Sim Central, we are starting a league in 1946. We're going to be doing an initial draft so you would be able to build your team from scratch. The leagues at SC are stable (our CL is in its 6th season covering almost two years now). There is a possibility that the Browns might be open as well with the option of moving them to Baltimore right away.
