how do i find the downloads like the BOT and COAB or whatever they are and the V.6

then how do i get the Major League players to be on the rosters

Try to search the forum for these kind of questions, you should find tons of informations about this. There is also a thread somewhere with many links to different download pages. If you download a roster set there is usually a readme file in which you get a description how to use it.
What do you mean by V.6 ?
