UBF (United Baseball Federation) looking for 2 owners
The UBF, formed in 1995 at a point when there was still no official word on whether the MLB would re-group after the strike. Twenty business men from across the nation created a replacement league while the MLB season was in limbo.
The UBF is a great OOTP 6 fictional league in its first season. We currently have two openings -- the Ottawa Stingers and Sioux Falls Grizzly Bears . Both teams need a little work, but Ottawa has the benefit of having the 2nd ranked minor league system. We have a great bunch of active owners (1273 message board posts) and we've only just passed the trade deadline of our first season! Check out the league and rules. I'm surprised we have any openings considering the incredible assemblage of team ownership in the UBF. Take a look at the league and you will no doubt be impressed. This is a good chance to get in on a league that could end up having little turnover as we move forward!

Colour me surprised too, LL! Great league, and your chance to either take over a farm system that will produce future MVPs, or a team that with a few additions could be up their challenging for the NW crown.

The UBF has one, maybe two openings. New Orleans is currently available, with one more possibility in the near future.
We’re just finishing up our first season, so it is a good time to jump on board for all of the off-season activities.
