SEBL: Entering 3rd season w/ Openings!

Hello gentlemen,

My name is Jason Howard and I've been running OOTP Leagues since the 2nd incarnation of the game. Before that, I was into FBPRO leagues and so forth... my AVW FBBL league ran from Feb, 2001 all the way to Aug, 2004. We finally decided as a group to close it when we go so far into the future that it became stale. Everything good in life has to end and after three and a half years... the FBBL did.

Now, I'm running a players league and I assure you... unless I drop dead tomorrow, we're here to stay. Our league ideas and policies were so unique at first that other player leagues since then have stolen our FAQ almost word for word -- even down to the bracketing and formatting. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, I suppose.

We've just wrapped up our second season and we're heading into the third year which will be an expansion season. Which means PLENTY of starting jobs are there for the taking.

-> We have an innovative media system which _does_ affect your public image.
-> We were the first players league to allow you to spend/use your money from everything to buying PR help and graphical banners to even owning a team.
-> We have player endorsements, team sponsors, a team playoff revenue model independent of the game and so forth.
-> The door is open to anyone to be a GM, Manager, Agent etc... all you have to do it sign up and become an important part of the community and the sky is the limit on how far up the chain you wish to go.
-> We have an innovative Image <-> FI correlation system.. so well respected players are worth more than just stats. They're worth fan interest etc... Players with a high public image bring in fans if attained and drive fans away if they're lost.
-> You choose your own workload!
-> We have fast paced seasons with relatively quick off-seasons. We opened on June 1st and we're entering our 3rd season shortly.

What we need?
-> Starting pitchers, bullpen pitchers and outfielders mainly. We can also use some position players as well.
-> Player agents!

Hey Jase, I joined before but nobody would sign me that late in the season. Now I check on my player and he downgraded to a 2 star spect. Kind of makes me not want to even bother anymore. You guys recruited, I signed up and took a loss because. If I would've known my guy wouldn't be signed by anybody, even to a MLC I would've waited....

Well, we completed the expansion draft last night. But we're still accepting new members at any position, really. We have the AMA draft coming up and after that it will be free agency.
