World Baseball League -- 1994

I am in the process of creating a custom league made up of 8 teams: USA, Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Canada, and Japan. The teams would be composed of real players who would try to win the true World Championship for their respective countries. I chose to begin the league in 1994 because that's when the players went on strike which would have been a perfect opportunity for the WBL to begin play.

I wonder if anyone would be interested with the league file and would be willing to run an online league with this file. (If so, I would like to run the CUBA franchise).

To allow for trading in an online league, there could be certain roster restrictions. For example, no team could have more than 25% of foreign born players on its active roster.

Any ideas on deciding which USA players would elect to join the WBL?

Not really sure how to run the amateur draft other than simply assigning players to their home country.

Any other ideas for this league?

I have just created logos -- the team flags for each country!

I've created several stadiums thus far. Need a picture of a stadium for Venezuela and Cuba. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, what stadium should I use for the USA home park. Wrigley Field? Fenway?
