IHBL needs a Tigers owner

IHBL is an ootp5 league in it's 4th year (at the all star break ALMOST) Detroit is a team that has been mismanaged and ran into the ground. It is a real reclamation project and will take someone who is a turnaround specialist. Our league sims 3 times/week, 10 days/sim. It's an extremely active league with lots of trading. I currently run the TB Devil Rays, who are coming off of an AL East Championship, 100 win season. I would also be open to taking the Tigers myself and letting someone else have the D-Rays if that's what it took to get the league full. www.insideheat.com.
